What are the delivery charges for orders from the FolkSock Shop?
It's FREE on all UK orders, for more information or for international shipping see our shipping page.
How long will delivery take?
On a UK orders it normally takes 2-3 working days, we deliver with RoyalMail.
How secure is shopping in the FolkSock Shop? Is my data protected?
Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party. Credit card payments will also be verified through the 3D SECURE procedure. Using PayPal transaction buyers paymens are PROTECTED and SAFE. If an eligible item that you’ve bought online doesn’t arrive, or doesn’t match the seller’s description, our Buyer Protection will reimburse you for the full amount of the item plus postage and packaging costs. Buyer Protection covers eligible online purchases on FolkSocks, when you use PayPal.
What exactly happens after ordering?
After ordering you will promptly receive an order confirmation via e-mail. After the order has been processed in our database, the package will leave our premises on the same day, or, at the latest, the following work day. Orders via PayPal payment are sent out on the day we receive the payment
Can I return my purchase?
